Payment Options

Option 1: COD (All orders are considered COD unless we are otherwise notified.)
Check, cash, cashier's check or credit card is collected from the borrower at the time of inspection. Borrower also has the option to pay via PayPal by visiting our website and clicking on the Paypal button below. Please be sure to quote correct fee to borrower and inform borrower that he or she is responsible for having full payment for appraiser at time of inspection.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Card information can be placed via our online order form, collected from the borrower at time of inspection, or submitted with faxed order by using the following PDF authorization form: Credit Card Authorization Form

Option 2: Lender/Broker Payment
Advantage Appraisers will accept payment from the Lender or Broker at the time of the order. Payment is due within 48 hours of order placement to avoid delays. Payment must be received prior to release of report (For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal).

Option 3: Billing / Net 30 Days
Standard billing is only available for our volume clients who have a consistent order and payment history with Advantage Appraisers. Email orders@advantageappraisers.com for additional information and to apply. Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY/FEES
Cancellation within 24 hours of inspection - $75.00 trip/preparation fee.
Cancellation after inspection- 50% of fee

Advantage Appraisers- Full Service Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraisal
